Change your lifestyle. Change your pain.
Are you struggling with chronic disease? Are you living with pain? Do you need help navigating how to make changes in your lifestyle to return to health? Do you need support dealing with a loved one who has chronic pain? Autoimmune diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, cancer, or heart disease?
These are the questions that I set out to answer for myself and now I want to share my solutions through my books and programs. John and I want to share what we discovered about health with you. It is never too late to clean up your toxic load, to own your own health, and to return to relative wellness. There are things you can do to impact your own wellness.
Cheryl woke up in horrific pain one morning and couldn’t function. All of her muscles and joints hurt. After being misdiagnosed, Cheryl figured out she had autoimmune disease. This sent her on a health journey to discover how to return to wellness. She lowered her toxic load by eliminating hundreds of toxins in her life. She also learned how to lower her chronic stress by doing a series of 2 minute exercises through out the day. She eventually found a Functional MD who confirmed that she did have autoimmune disease and helped her to return to a pain free life.
We opened a publishing company, Heavenly Tree Press, to showcase our books and our healthy lifestyle. My mission now is to give others with chronic illness hope. They do not need to live a life of pain and pills. They can own their own health and make changes that will make a big difference to their health, the health of their families and the health of their beloved pets.

Meet the owners, Cheryl Meyer and John Gins. Cheryl is the author of the books, John is the editor. Cheryl has autoimmune disease and met John 8 years ago when she went on line and searched for a partner to go on a “get well journey” with her. John answered her ad on Our Time, (the old fogie dating site) and had recently lost his wife of 43 years to cancer. John joined Cheryl’s quest to eliminate toxins and return to health in the process. John lost 80 pounds, Cheryl lost 40. They got married 5 years ago, and are happy and healthy today.
You can purchase books published by Heavenly Tree Press or purchase them from Amazon.
You can watch our videos here or on YouTube. Cheryl writes and presents her material, John produces her videos.
We encourage you to make the lifestyle changes that will return you to relative health. John and I do not feel deprived. we were deprived before we cleaned up all the toxins in our lives, because we both felt awful. No matter what book of ours you buy and read, we want to inspire you to a healthier, happier life. We are both in our 70’s and feel better than we did in our 50’s.
Learn how to lower your toxic load and keep it low, so that you too can life long and thrive.
