I am excited to announce that I have filmed a series of shows on Health at KGEM that have just started airing on their sister station KMAC.
The shows are based on my book It Feels Good to Feel Good and are about Futureproofing Your Health. They are now available on my You Tube channel, on my Monrovia Facebook Page, or on this page, below.
I am delighted to air them first in my community. I grew up here, and it feels great to give back. You can find them on Spectrum Channel 98 and on Giggle EXTRA on Channel 87.2 KMAC. The first 6 shows are running continually in their time slot.
These shows were made with love. They are for people with autoimmune disease, like me, for cancer survivors, for people with heart disease, for moms who want to raise healthy children, and for everyone else that is healthy and wants to stay that way. My goal is to inspire people to be the healthiest that they can be, by making lifestyle changes that will improve their health. This show will become a podcast starting in May on RGH TV/Voice America and it will be an international podcast.
Episodes 1-6
Stay tuned for more episodes, as we continue to film.
I want to thank David Palomares Executive Director at KGEM-TV for all of his support to make this a reality, Chris Luiten, Operations Manager at KGEM-TV, for filming the show and for his patience making it the quality show that it is, my husband John Gins for producing the show and Marlene Gibbs, Host of What Do You Do?, for interviewing me on her show which opened up this opportunity.
Please watch. I am sharing all of the things I discovered to return to a life that is relatively pain free.
You are also invited to join my private Facebook group, Feeling Good, Living Low Toxin.
Thank you KGEM. WHOO HOO
KGEM continued to film my episodes but I have begun to run them now on Voice America. You can find the additional episodes on the next tab.
